Yes, we offer you the possibility to return our product via Mondial Relay, at your expense.

Sale/promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, for hygiene and safety reasons, hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items.

Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.

For deliveries within Europe, no customs fees will be requested as our warehouse is located in Europe.

Mondial Relay delivery to Relay Points/Lockers is free on orders over €50.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting support, provided it has not yet been processed.

1. The customer contacts the store via the form or customer service for a return request.
2. The merchant reviews the request and, if it complies with the return policy, issues a Shopify refund through the admin interface.
3. Shopify refunds the amount to the original payment method (bank processing time: 5 to 10 business days).
4. The merchant can track the refund status in Orders > Refunds.

Size exchanges are possible subject to availability, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Each pre-order has an estimated shipping date in its description.

Shipping begins as soon as stock is received.
