Returnable items

All of our abayas can be returned.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

• HIJABS :
  For hygiene and safety reasons for our customers, hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  We wish to offer you the best product experience so that you do not receive items that have already been worn or tried on.
  
• SALES / PROMO ;
  We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• PRE-ORDER:
  Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days.

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

• within 14 days of receiving your item.
• damaged upon receipt
• not as ordered
• Wrong size

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In these cases, contact customer service before returning anything for return validation and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven error on our part (incorrect product or size shipped).

Validate your return with customer service before shipping, otherwise a refund cannot be issued.

1. The customer contacts the store via the form or customer service for a return request.
2. The merchant reviews the request and, if it complies with the return policy, issues a Shopify refund through the admin interface.
3. Shopify refunds the amount to the original payment method (bank processing time: 5 to 10 business days).
4. The merchant can track the refund status in Orders > Refunds.
