A name that carries a whole heritage
JUBBHA takes its name from the Arabic word جُبَّة — the jubba, that long, covering cloak that spans centuries and Muslim cultures. A garment of modesty, yes. But also of dignity, elegance, and presence.
We chose this name because it expresses everything we are: a brand rooted in Islamic tradition, aimed at the woman of today. A brand that celebrates the beauty of long garments, with sincere respect for the principles of Islam.
At JUBBHA, modesty is not a constraint. It is an elegance in itself.
Born in Nantes, designed for all
JUBBHA is a French brand, founded in Nantes. Every creation is conceived, designed, and developed in France, with a constant demand: style never compromises comfort, and quality always remains true to our values.
From design to finish, every abaya, every hijab is thoughtfully crafted down to the smallest detail—because every woman deserves to be honored.
We deliver everywhere in Europe via Mondial Relay. Because this brand was born in Nantes, but it belongs to all Muslim women—wherever they are.
Nouzha's story—and perhaps a little bit of yours
It was in 2024 that Nouzha founded JUBBHA, with an idea deeply rooted within her: I want to be able to dress while respecting my modesty and my religion, and feel beautiful doing so.
Coming from a Civil Engineering background, nothing predisposed her to launch a fashion brand. During her studies, she learned to build—bridges, buildings, solid foundations designed to last. Nouzha chose to apply this rigor to Islamic fashion: building a strong brand, capable of uplifting Muslim women.
That frustration Nouzha felt? You might have felt it too. That void, that endless search, that feeling that fashion wasn't really made for you.
JUBBHA was born to fill that void. For you. For us. For all those who recognize themselves in these words.
